After teaching and working as a counselor for 23 years, Lisa decided to make a profound career change driven by personal experience. While caring for her grandmother and father during their illnesses, she witnessed significant gaps in medical transportation services—family members were often anxious about entrusting their loved ones to transport companies. This realization ignited her passion to create a service that families could rely on with complete confidence. Lisa had always felt called to work with senior citizens, and founding AllCare Medical Transport in 2010 provided the perfect opportunity to combine her counseling background with her desire to serve Florida's aging population. Since then, she and her husband Tim have built a reputation across Alachua and Flagler counties for delivering the exceptional customer service every family deserves, grounded in empathy, professionalism, and genuine care.

Non-ambulatory patients who use wheelchairs require wheelchair-accessible vans with hydraulic lifts and secure tie-down systems—AllCare's fleet is PASS-certified for this service. For those who cannot sit upright due to medical conditions, stretcher vans with climate-controlled interiors and smooth suspension provide safe, dignified transport.
